All Prices quoted are per person and in Indian Rupees.
In case of package booked without Umrah visa through us, transportation will be subject to availability.
Peak season groups will have an additional surcharge of Rs. 4,000 per person.
Flight Tickets can be availed at an approximate additional cost of INR 36,500. The final price is subject to the fare at the time of ticket issuance.
Extra luggage other than mentioned on the ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
Unutilized services are non-refundable.
Hotel Distance may vary. Distances given are from the outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-E-Nabvi.
Rooms Allotment as per hotel management; no room choice will be entertained.
Rooms Check-In time at 04 PM and Check-Out time at 12 PM (Saudi Local time).
The tour dates, flight schedule, and tour itinerary programs are provisional and subject to change as per flight availability, etc.
In case of fare difference arises, the customer shall bear it.
Tour Operator reserves the right to provide similar Hotels/Flights. No refund shall be given in such cases.
The tour costs are based on Saudi Riyal @ Rs. 22.50. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of the passport before departure shall be collected from the passengers.
If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
Passengers have to arrange wheelchairs on their own.
All services are pre-booked and are based on strict timings. Any delay resulting in the pax missing the benefit of the services, we are not responsible.
We are not responsible for any loss/damage/color loss or discoloration of clothes due to laundry.
Local Ziyarat are subject to local regulations.
Late comers will be left behind. No alternate ziyarat or refund shall be given.
We are not responsible for any luggage losses, injuries, damages, accidents, and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, Umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.

Room Allotment will be as per our arrangements.
Welcome Kits & Passports have to be picked from our Head Office in Mumbai or Delhi. If you want us to courier them, you will have to pay Courier Charges Extra.
If a pilgrim misses their flight due to any reason (MEDICAL, LATE ARRIVAL, or ANY REASON), the passenger will have to bear the ticket cost themselves. Visa company or our Travel Agency will not be responsible for return tickets.
Insurance only covers medical fees and not travel fees.
All Group tickets are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Umrah cost does not include any personal expenses during travel.
Tour Dates, Itinerary & Prices are subject to change as per flight and hotel availability without prior notice.
Everyone carries their own baggage; please travel light. Excess baggage fees to be paid by Haji.
Food will not be provided at airports or during intercity transfers.
Fixed timings have to be followed strictly for Ziyarats & Food.
Diabetic patients and other pilgrims who require special meals should arrange for their own food.
Towels, Buckets & Tumblers are not provided in any of the Hotels in Makkah and Madinah.
We are not responsible for the loss or theft of passports or luggage at airports.
Pilgrims requiring wheelchairs should carry their own.
We will not be responsible for any delay, rejection, or mistake in Umrah Visa from the Saudi Embassy.
In all cases, Visa Mofa Fees are non-refundable.
Please read and understand the Umrah Agreement clearly. Every Haji has to sign the Umrah Agreement before departure.

Booking Requirements
For bookings within 21 days of departure, 100% payment is required.
For advance bookings, 100% payment must be cleared at least 21 days before departure.
No tickets will be issued if the payment for tickets is not completed 21 days before departure, in accordance with airline regulations.
Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having a minimum of 2 blank pages.
